About the Position

We are looking for a versatile Production Technician to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the entire product lifecycle – from assembly and testing to troubleshooting, repair, and final preparation for shipment.

As an important part of the production team, you will help ensure that every product leaving our facility is correctly assembled, thoroughly tested, and properly packaged. Extensive experience is not required, as we provide full training in our specific processes, equipment, and working methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Production: Manual assembly, soldering, and mechanical joining of components and products according to technical drawings and work instructions.

• Composite Production: Preparation and processing of composite materials, including cutting, drilling, trimming, bonding, and working with moulds and production tables.

• Machinery & 3D Printing: Operating CNC machines, 3D printers, and other production equipment, including preparation, monitoring, and basic post-processing.

• Testing & Quality: Performing tests and measurements, inspecting products, and identifying and reporting deviations.

• Troubleshooting & Rework: Troubleshooting, rework, component replacement, and carrying out necessary repairs or adjustments.

• Documentation, Logistics & Packaging: Recording production data, preparing and packaging finished products, handling materials, and following applicable HSE and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and takes responsibility for the product from start to finish.

• You enjoy practical, hands-on work and have good fine motor skills.

• Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.

• Whether it is handling a small soldering iron or preparing a shipping label, you have a good eye for detail.

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and/or English. Ukrainian is an advantage, as you will work closely with our existing team, but it is not required.

• You are comfortable switching between different tasks depending on production needs.

Working Hours & Employment

• 100% position – 37.5 hours per week

• Temporary position until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment depending on the company's needs.
