About the Position

We are looking for a versatile Electronics and Production Technician to join our team. This is a varied role covering several parts of the production process – from hands-on production work and testing to quality control, rework and finalization.

As an important part of the production team, you will contribute to ensuring that products leaving production meet high quality standards and our requirements. Extensive experience is not required, as we provide thorough training in our internal processes, working methods and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with components, materials, tools and production equipment.

• Carry out testing and inspection of products.

• Identify and handle deviations and practical challenges.

• Perform rework and necessary adjustments.

• Document relevant information and ensure traceability.

• Follow work instructions, procedures, and HSE, quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and takes responsibility for the quality of their work.

• You enjoy working with your hands and have good fine motor skills.

• Experience from production, industry, assembly, workshop, mechanics, electronics or similar is an advantage.

• You have an eye for detail.

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and/or English. Ukrainian is an advantage, as you will work closely with our current team, but it is not required.

• You are comfortable switching between different tasks as needed in production.

Working Hours & Employment

• Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week

• Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours of work per day + 30-minute lunch break

• Two shifts may apply: approximately 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00, rotating weekly

• Temporary position until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension or permanent employment depending on the company's needs
